Cooking, creating, and breaking bread with others are some of life's simple pleasures.

Growing up, I loved to baking and always wanted to help my parents in the kitchen. My dad would joke that I was a "mad scientist" with the crazy recipes I would create as a kid.

When I was 17, I became passionate about using food and fitness as lifestyle to live a more energized, positive, and fruitful life. That was were Emily Eats began, to share recipes that made eating "healthy" exciting and delicious.

Since then, I have grown to be inspired by travel and seasonal produce, with my recipes being based on eating real, nourishing foods. Homemade is healthy!
Whether you are new to the kitchen or culinary artist, cooking for one or hosting a dinner party, it is my hope to share nutritious and playful recipes that make eating in more exciting.
