Classic Granola

You’ll never buy granola again! This easy and adaptable granola recipe is honestly addicting.


You’ll need:

  • 1 cup oats

  • 1 cup roughly chopped and toasted nuts (I used almond and pistachio)

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

  • 1 mashed banana

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

1. Mash your banana in a large mixing bowl.

2. Add melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla to your mashed banana and whisk to combine.

3. Stir in oats, nuts, coconut, cinnamon, and any other additives into your wet mixture. Stir until everything is evenly coated.

4. Spread granola into a thin layer on a baking sheet and bake at 350 of 20-25 minutes. It should be golden and crunchy.
